Status: Complete
Kelley Street bikeway is the northern-most portion of a regional spine through Harris County Precinct 1 as part of the City-County Partnership. The bikeway will connect Kashmere Transit Center, LBJ Hospital and two schools to Hardy and Elysian bikeways in Near Northside and the future completion of Hunting Bayou. As part of a larger network, the Kelley Street bikeway will connect residents to downtown, Midtown, University of Houston and beyond.
